This was our first time having our HVAC system serviced, and we chose this company solely based on recommendations from community posts and they absolutely did not disappoint. Since the system had never been serviced, we were fully prepared for a hefty expense, but the experience was refreshingly honest and fair. They were genuine, transparent, and clearly knowledgeable about their service and product. Josh even brought his own shoe booties which immediately showed how much they care about the little details and customer respect. Their communication and follow-up were thoughtful and professional throughout the entire process. We truly couldn’t be more pleased with the service.

THEY WERE AWESOME!!! They came within the hour after I called them for service, even though they didn’t have too. I thought it was too late in the afternoon and told them they could come the next day. The technician -Nick Gonzales, quickly found the issue and fixed it. I will be signing a maintenance contract as soon as the other company I fired refunds my money. It’s a growing company so give them a chance. I had an electrical box that needed to be replaced and was not up to code.

Westerly is hands down awesome! But why: their professionalism, kind, great technical skills, honesty with pricing, and personable attitude. These guys competed against 5 different companies we evaluated and they weren’t the cheapest but we went with them b/c of their thoroughness and honesty in laying out our choices. They actually make you smarter about the whole process and that is certainly not to their advantage. They install the system in a days time and they do it clean no messy house after. The walk through for the estimate was insightful and very personable as well as the the walk through at the end of the project. This is a top to bottom company that takes pride in their job. Today was just the inspection and estimate but Josh w/ Westerly and Michael w/ Calvary Air Care were very professional, informative and thorough. We really appreciated the explanations on the services they will provide. Both were friendly and courteous.

I usually wait and give the service some time to settle before reviewing So here it is. Josh came by did a thorough examination of my duct system he didn't just look at them he checked them each duct and pleanum box. He listened very carefully to my concerns and came up with multiple solutions to fix the problem and so far his first solution fixed the issue.He was very respectful to me and my home he cleanup when the job was complete. I've had other companies come out before westerly air but just gave me the runaround figuring i didn't do research or they just couldn't answer my questions. Josh was able to answer my questions and encouraged more he made sure I understood everything. Excellent job Josh and westerly air. Integrity at its finest. Thank You
