Western Cary Building Products

Last year my electric bill was through the roof, LITERALLY ($700 a month at its highest). I contacted this company, and Toby was the sales rep. What I liked about Toby… 1. He didn’t try and push options that I wasn’t really interested in. 2. He didn’t try to over sell me on things that weren’t really necessary. 3. He gave me a fair price. 4. He was personable. The workers Renee, David, and their supervisor that stopped in Hector were AWESOME. 1. They asked if I would like for them to take off their boots before entering my home. I had boot covers, so no need, but it was still very respectful. 2. They cleaned up their mess very well. 3. They wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything, which I was. I did knock off a ⭐️ because, the person that was supposed to set up my appt.

Great experience with Josh and the Western Cary crew. After a job went sideways with another insulation provider, Josh came in, gave me an estimate and got the job done in time for drywall! All around a holiday. Josh has a "can do" attitude and is great to work with. I highly recommend him and the company!

Got into contact with Toby and Western Cary through a recommendation from a friend. I'm a home owner and friend does commercial work so was happy to hear they would do residential as well. It was a great experience with Toby and Denise in the office and Kaleb and John in the field with their crews. Install quality was great as was the follow through to make sure I was happy. No hesitation to work through my questions (I had a lot) or the things that I needed done. I had R21 bats installed in the walls and blow-in for the ceiling.

Met with Toby to get an estimate on attic insulation. He got an estimate out in a few days. Install only took about 1 1/2 hours, workers did a fine job of cleaning up when they were done. My renter said they noticed an improvement in the warmth of the house almost immediately. I would definitely recommend Western Cary for insulation.

Pat did a great job installing our new garage doors. Denise was great to work with thru the entire process. Our door look amazing and the Genie direct drive openers are so quiet you don’t even know there are being used.
