Western Energy Production

I have signed a 5 year oil/gas lease with Western Energy back in July 2008. The first check didn't come until late October 2008 but that was fine. It finally came. I wasn't worried. But then in August of 2009 when the second check didn't arrive I spoke to a man named Clay Ludington, the partner in Bakersfield, who said it will be in the mail shortly. They were running behind. Then I called again in November. Same story. Then the first part of January when I was told that they were changing the name of the company or some such story, and that's why no checks have been issued, but MY check would be in the next "run".
