We have had a great experience. Walter is nice and knowledgeable. He is great at communicating when he will plan to arrive and is very thorough. If there’s any specific bug I’m seeing, like spiders at the gate, I tell him about it and he’s sure to take care of it. We have peace of mind and that’s wonderful!
