We have been a client of Western Floors for over 30 years. We just completed our 3rd major remodel on our 3rd house, and we've had plenty of minor changes as well. (I like to change carpet!). This is a family owned business and they are amazing!! Jennifer is the ying to my yang! We have so much fun putting different mediums together and looking for fun, funky different wall tiles, flooring and carpet. I've had many different carpets over the years, even purple and the installation has always been great. Jennifer has an eye and knows her inventory. I strayed once and when that company didn't order enough to complete the project and then didn't offer to find more I went to Jennifer with my head down, but she did it! Western Floors was AMAZING! Price, Quality, Professional and always going the extra step. We had LPV put in 1 room & hallway a few years back & loved the product however was not happy with the installing. Western Floors came in to do 2 more rooms & they not only did an amazing job on the 2 rooms but fixed the mistakes & awful work of the past installers (that came back 3x to supposedly fix) & did EXTRA work in all the rooms to make the transitions seamless for NO extra cost. Not once did they slam the other business. They'd just ask over & over....do you want this left or would you like us to do this with it? We will go to them for ALL of our house needs & you all should too.

Everyone is so great to work with! They take pride in doing amazing work. We had great communication and all work was done in a timely manner. We highly recommend them.
