Roberto and his team, including Carlos and Guiseppe did a great job with installing both a brand new AC unit on my building’s rooftop as well as installing a new humidifier due to Roberto discovering that my old humidifier was broken/not working which explains why the air would be so dry in my home during the winter. To add, the AC installation took place on a day we had over 100 degree real feel temps! I appreciate the great customer service and affordable products this company offers as well as Roberto and his team taking their time to explain to me how everything is supposed to work after installation. Great service Roberto is an awesome worker. I had issues with my water boiler and needed an exhaust put through a brick wall. Roberto explained the process and was willing to complete the work on the same day. I previously had another company that kept pushing off the job and I was without hot water for 4 days. Roberto was professional, skilled, honest and hard working, he informed me he would go get the parts for the project and returned and completed the work in a couple of hours. I would definitely hire this company for future projects.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Roberto for my home’s AC cooling needs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my AC unit, explain the issue, and provide me with options. We decided to replace our old unit with a newer model and he was able to replace and install the next day. Blower motor wasn’t working since Saturday Nov 29th, called this company and Roberto called me back within the hour, was 5min away from me, showed up on time, fixed my problem which turned out to not be as big as expected and repaired it quickly and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him to anyone in Rogers Park or the surrounding neighborhoods.
