Inherited a place near Western Hydro that hadn’t had water in 7 years—the pump was stuck and the control box was a corroded mess. I called and spoke to Gene (super helpful), and she sent Ed out. Ed quickly diagnosed the dead pump with a multimeter and luckily had the right size pump on hand. He pulled it, replaced it, and swapped the busted control box—all in one morning. Water’s back, plants are happy, house feels alive again. Big thanks to the team!

When lightning stuck, Hydro struck back ⚡ 💪 A thunderstorm rolled through about three weeks ago, and lightning decided to play target practice with the transformer outside our house. The next morning? No water. Not great when you’ve got a thirsty family (and an unhappy wife 😅). Ed showed up that same morning, figured out it was a blown relay, and—no joke—had it fixed in 10 minutes flat. Water’s flowing, house is happy, wife is even happier. 10/10 would call again (but hopefully without the lightning next time)!

Western Hydro (and in particular Ed Blouin) has been to my home the last 3 mornings to fix a problem with my well. Problem fixed and I could not be more pleased with their service. Ed, and Mike came over to talk to me about a situation I’m having with my well. They ran a sounder down and answered every question I had. They provided me with the advice and answers I needed. They were great to have here and I felt very comfortable with what they were doing with my fragile well. I will be using them again and I believe they should be everyone’s first call. Thank you.
