We had Western Interiors replace the carpet on our stairs with wood that matched our main flooring. They were able to source the same materials used two years ago. They also went over options of ways we could do it for the best price vs. more aesthetically pleasing. Both men who worked on the home were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They made a challenging project stress free and our end result was beautiful! Extremely happy with their work and communication!

Western Interiors installed multiple styles of flooring and tile across several new builds in a $600k+ neighborhood. Less than 2 years after install the LVP in our house and our neighboring houses started buckling and lifting, making snapping and creaking sounds with every step. Furthermore, installers did not follow proper spacing and offsetting rules and there are gaps along several edges, as well as patches of our carpet falling off our stairs where the installers apparently did not know how to apply the carpet. Evidence of a horribly rushed and improper installation. After 2 years and 2 months we couldnt take it anymore and called. We were told "theres nothing we can do because it was so long ago." You mean to tell me 2 years and 2 months doesn't warrant a single iota of effort to back

Great selection and pricing. Be sure to check thickness of real wood veneer on engineered flooring they carry a lot and reflected by costs. You get what you pay for!

I happened upon this gem of a floor covering store in Turner. I was greeted by a very nice lady who was very helpful with my purchase. The store seemed to have a complete selection of every type of floor covering one might need. Having been in the floor covering business, many years ago, I was very impressed not only with their selection, but with the extremely friendly, knowledgeable service. 11/19/2024: I just noticed the one star rating I gave. It should have been a 5 and I've corrected it. 🥴

Huge Selection of many different types of flooring from LVP to Tile. Was very pleased with the carpet selection as well! Friendly and helpful staff.
