We can not say enough about how wonderful Western Mass Tree Care was to work with. We had a gigantic 100+year old maple in our backyard that was old, rotting, and apparently hollow through the core. This tree was so massive, if it had fallen down it would have taken out half our house. Not to mention, we have a fence around our property, right next to this massive tree, making this project an extra special pain for whomever took it on. Western mass Tree Care came out and gave us a great estimate, so we were immediately impressed and pleased with their professionalism and care for our worries. David was amazing. Our neighbor's tree fell onto our the powerlines connected to our home due to Hurricane Isaias . We called David at Western Mass Tree Care and he was amazing. He responded super fast, gave an immediate quote, and did the work the very next day. He listened to our concerns and took our situation very serious. I have a huge maple tree that needed to be pruned away from my house along with seriously neglected and overgrown bushes at the front of my house (a few reaching the second floor) that needed to be trimmed and David Murphy did an amazing job at both at a very fair price. The tree is trimmed well away from the house as well as a few lower hanging branches from over my driveway and a few that were over the phone and internet cables leading to my house which removed the hazards while leaving the tree looking neatly groomed. The front bushes turned out better than I had dared hope for because not only did David leave them neatly trimmed and away from the house, but he was able to do so while leaving some distinction between the different types of bushes that have grown into each other. I was so impressed with David. He gave us a very fair price to remove two difficult trees. His crew was careful of the fences and cleaned up completely afterwards. He did the job on a tight schedule as we are getting married soon! Consider yourself lucky if you can book him for your work. He was professional, timely, hard working. I couldn't have asked for more, well maybe a couple of t-shirts lol. Ps. The price he quoted was the same as a quote for one tree from a different company.
