I contacted Western Pest Service and had an exceptional experience with Sam. We were experiencing an issue with yellow jackets and wasps in my daughter's room, and the source was unknown. Sam demonstrated remarkable patience and efficiently scheduled an emergency appointment for the same day. When the technician, Luis Lantigua, arrived, I was unsure what to anticipate.
