I had a small leak in my roof for three plus years. I had three bids, and John was the only one to point out my lack of insulation when my house was built in 1976. He spent 20 minutes explaining how my roof would go from R3 to R38 (or more). The shingles were last thing mentioned as he told me his bottom line was my comfort. Western's crew spent two weeks on my roof as stacking rigid foam, plus doing vents and 'actual' roof took a minute. I love how my house looks with the new roof line. I love even more that I am finally cozy, no matter what outdoor temperature is. Upstairs fluctuations were 10 to 15 degrees different than downstairs. For the past month, upstairs has stayed at 69° F, and my downstairs bedroom is also warmer. I could not be any happier with the work done. Efficie

John Mix and his crew are first class. Clear communication, fair pricing and excellent quick work. This is the second project, I had them replace the roof on my business, this job was on my house! Outstanding, most certainly get them in to bid your project!

John bid the job perfectly: let us know extra cost to replace any rotted underlayment, added better vents to prevent future problems. His crew worked quickly, efficiently, professionally. We just hope Western Roofing is in business when we need another membrane replacement 15 to 20 years down the road. The office staff is pretty special, too.

Winton and the team were AMAZING!! They were efficient, communicative, and did an excellent job replacing our old roof. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had a leak in our roof and these guys came out to look. I had two guys show up and nail a tarp down. Took these guys 20 minutes on the roof. They were only at my place for 30 minutes. I get billed $85 an hour for 2 hours of work for these two guys for a total of 4 hours. Given travel time of 30 minutes here and back that would be a total of 1 hour 30 minutes not 2 hours. Total bill was $385. I feel this company takes advantage of people in distress. My husband has a disability and can’t get up on the roof to nail a tarp down. We called to discuss the bill and they never called back. Even left a message with John. Three weeks later we get a late notice with a finance charge of $5.85. What a rip off! Again just proves the company is out to make a quick buck. I can guarantee we won’t be g
