Western Roofing

The Western roofing team was great. Had someone to help with each part of the process. I had to use my insurance to replace our roof. Brock and Chris helped us with each step or hoop the insurance company had for us. The roofers worked extremely hard and were very diligent about the cleanup. I would use them again and would recommend them to all.

This is the first time I have ever written more than one review for the same company. We have been having problems with some pesky pigeons creating issues on our roof and Kendrick came out quickly to assess the situation and has begun helping us solve the problem. I am impressed again with the level of customer service and care from this company and employees. Thank you for being a reliable place I can refer people to for all of their roofing needs! And thank you Kendrick for being so good at your job!

Western made me some custom trim pieces to trim out my door. They were primed I just had to paint them. They have great customer service.

I called Western Roofing as well as 3 other roofing companies. They quoted me almost half the price that other companies quoted. Now that they finished the work I needed you can’t even see where the patch begins and ends. I was also pleased to see that the 2 guys that did the work were without a doubt born and raised in the USA, so the company isn’t undercutting other companies with cheap foreign labor.

Chris was excellent to work with. Our roofing project was out of the Boise valley and we were concerned the logistics would be an issue. Chris came out to review the project several times. The work was done as scheduled, on time, as per the bid. The working crew was professional and took the time to answer any questions and address any issues we were concerned with. Overall, a very positive experience.
