I'm disappointed with how I was treated when I called. I simply asked about a part, but the receptionist hung up on me. When I called back, she said I took too long to respond and refused to continue the conversation. I wasn't arguing —I just wanted to understand why the call was ended. It's difficult to understand how a business can succeed when customers are treated this way.

Know that the Old Owner when they were alive , Mike was my Father in law , Ike was his Twin , always on time with your project if not sooner , Scott was a rookie just started ,

If you give good 2D drawings, these guys charge a fair price and have a good turnaround. They're my standard place to get sheet metal laser cut and formed. There are other good ones around, but Western always has a faster turnaround. One subsidiary, Air & Earth, is also our standard shop for custom machining. One note, on pickup, always check the drawings. We're all human, and they have tons of jobs to juggle.

The staff that works in this store are very efficient and very friendly...I was surprised by their patience, they explained my questions and doubts to me.

Very rode costumer service. They don’t want to fix they owe mistakes by making wrong size. Job quality very poor and unprofessional. Definitely not recommend
