I have had installations, service and repair done by Western sheet Metal, including duct work in a newly finished basement, troubleshooting and repair of our furnace and A/C several years ago, and replacement of our furnace and A/C recently. The technician, the same person for the past 16 years, has always done a completely satisfying job, and on the recent replacement, recommended a product that actually saved about half of my heat and A/C bill. He has gone over and above on virtually every job he has done. That is true value. I recommend Western Sheet Metal for any HVAC issue above any other.

I have known Rob Buckstein for years. He has installed two furnaces and an air conditioning system in my home, in addition to making repairs when needed. He is honest, reliable, fair, very knowledgeable, competent, trustworthy, and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend him if you have heating or air conditioning needs.

My air conditioner was running waaayyyy too much, after Mr.Bravo came and took care of business my electrical bill was like 1/3 cheaper. Definitely beats out other recent interactions with technicians (cough* Comcast ruined my carpets), Aurora Air was very professional, well mannered, and... he even showed me how to seal my windows and doors. I hope I do not have problems again any time soon, but if I do I will only call Aurora Air.
