Morgan was great. Very friendly and professional. Answered right away on the initial call for septic pumping service and showed up on time for the appointment. Also cleaned the filter and the t pipe. A+ all around. Way better experience than other Septic companies I have dealt with locally. Pricing is very good too.

Morgan is great and very responsive. I had a leach line failure and had to have the septic tank pumped 3 times. Morgan found that the previous company did not install the cap properly and it was missing 2 screws. He not only notified me but also replaced the screws. He is very professional and goes out of his way for his customers. He really goes above and beyond and communicates clearly all aspects of the job. He squeezed us in on a last minute urgent request. I would highly recommend Western Slope Septic.

I called Western Slope to pump our septic tank. Morgan, the owner/operator, came out and did a fantastic job. He was friendly and and got the job done fast. The price seemed slightly cheaper than the other companies I contacted too. So if you need septic pumping, I highly recommend Western Slope. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I couldn't have been happier with the experience Morgan provided. Excellent communication leading up to the service, and he did a great job pumping and inspecting my system. He walked me through the problems he found (my tank is 40+ years old, so it was expected) and answered all of my many questions thoroughly and happily which I really appreciated. He's even got a cool new scoping camera which he can use to inspect your lines!

I called Western Slope in regards to my sewer back up issue. They came next day with their big truck and sucked everything. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised that they removed most of the wipes which was clogging the system. Morgan has excellent communication skills, deeply cares about his customers, and really takes his time to educate.
