I go to University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I park in a garage on campus. I saw a few cars in the lot with damage from concrete falling from the floor above. These parking spots were not taped off before cars were parked there, instead, negligent and careless workers taped off spots of cars ALREADY PARKED. This is lazy and unprofessional work. DO BETTER, WESTERN.

They promised a bid within 1 week, Three weeks later they still not have given me a bid and will not returned any calls at all.
