Western States Flooring

On Wednesday, the 14th, 2 installers from Western States Flooring came out and did a fantastic job. They were professional, polite, and installed my carpet beautifully! They even worked around this jagged pattern I have in my laminate floors which was way above and beyond what I expected. It was really nice to see pros at their best! Will absolutely be recommending them to others around town :)

We would highly recommend Western States Flooring and the two installers that were sent to do the carpet installation at our condo. The installers took great pride in their work, they were very professional and even vacuumed the carpet throughout the condo once the work was completed. Very happy with the quality of the work by Western States Flooring, when installing carpet in our home! The job was considerable, and the installers worked very hard to get it done... and done well. They observed all Covid-19 safety protocols, were considerate of our presence in our home, and worked hard, without stopping - until the job was done!

This company was sent to my home by Home Depot to install tile flooring. It was a huge nightmare starting from them NOT sending the initial email on how to be prepared....pretty important to know what your coming against! Then they didn't show when scheduled, then they claimed 2 boxes of tile were "missing" and that 2 became 5! The workers spit chewing gum all over our property, Candido the regional mgr has the AUDACITY to ask if his workers did it! They were not provided a dumpster or proper equipment! I DO NOT BELIEVE THEY ARE LiCENSED OR BONDED! 1 of three tilers spoke english. I left a more in depth review on Yelp! Under Home Depot Kingman. I tried to leave one on yelp for this company but they aren't on there! DO NOT USE THEM! PICS ON YELP! DIDNT CENTER THE TILE, GARBAGE SHOVED DOW

I think 1 star is too much in saying that they haven’t even made it here to installer carpet yet so let’s see how that goes !!!!! They called us, asking us if they could come early we said yes get it our whole room empty with nowhere to sleep then calling us four hours later, stating that they will not be able to come after all pushing us back for four days to install carpet no apology for the behavior so I’m not banking on them doing a quality job
