I had such high hopes when I found Ace Handyman Services, who promised no job is too big or too small. I had exterior caulking/sealing work and some dry rot wood replacement/repair needs as cited in a home sale inspector's report that my buyer wanted corrected prior to the closing, with a 3 week time window for completion of the work. While the front office girls were cordial and efficient, nothing that happened after scheduling my work appointment went well from there. I wondered at the time why they wouldn't send an estimator out, but instead quoted the work off the inspection report I sent them along with pictures of the areas needing attention. They quoted 4 hours of work at $639. I thought the price reasonable if it would be taking care of all the items that were noted in the repo

Needed a doorframe repair to allow the deadbolt to work properly. Liam was available same-day, right before a holiday. He was on-time, polite, communicated throughout and cleaned up after himself. Price was reasonable and we are happy- recommend!

My wife and I had several inside and outside home projects that required carpentry and painting skills which included working high above the ground on a ladder. Shawn was indeed a very skilled craftsman with over 25 years experience. His workmanship exceeded our expectations, completing the work on time and budget. With a 50+ year old home, it's only a matter of time and we'll be contacting Ace Handyman Services for future projects
