The employees don't know the return policy, they can't find the return policy, and they can't direct me to a return policy on their website. I got a defective item and they won't let me return it the same day or period..

I love that the employees are helpful and willing to help you find things, but I absolutely hate that you're being immediately oppressed upon. If you need help. The second you step in the door. This is not a restaurant counter. I will get help if I need it. Sometimes I will get stopped and asked by almost every employee I walk near. A trip here. You will probably get most of what you need but it'll take you a lot longer with all the mini inquiries
