Westmod was a wonderful builder to work with as we transformed our backyard. We took our yard down to dirt and added a pool, BBQ, basketball court, fire pit and hardscape. This was a daunting project for us as homeowners but working with the professional and experienced team at Westmod really put us at ease. We hired Westmod a couple years ago for a complete backyard transformation from a dirt lot to a luxury outdoor retreat: pool spa, sunken fireplace lounge, deck, water wall, and multiple custom features. The end result is beyond what we imagined. Their design vision and craftsmanship are truly next level. However, what truly sets them apart is their post-sale customer service. Anyone can be attentive during the sales process. The real test is what happens after the project is completed. Even today, Will and Nick at Westmod have continued to answer our calls, respond quickly to questions, and handle service needs without hesitation. Replacements and follow-ups were handled promptly and at no charge, no excuses, no haggling, just a genuine commitment to their brand and our personal satisfact

The Westmod team is absolutely great! From Ryan the designer, to Will the project manager, all the way to the actual sub contractors - they all work together seamlessly and pay special attention to detail. We bought a new construction home, and we had Westmod design and build both our front and backyard. Both Ryan and Will were very attentive to our needs and ensured we were happy at every stage of our project. We had some issues come up naturally with such a big project, but both Will and Ryan managed it all very well and resolved those issues in a timely manner. Will is very good at what he does and manages all communication flawlessly within his team of employees. The Westmod contractors also kept me in the circle with my project by reassuring me that things I wanted done a certain way

Westmod was very professional throughout the project. Their super creative design team helped put my vision to paper while also providing an accurate and realistic rendering. The helped source the complementing and aesthetically pleasing material and when it came to breaking ground, they were intentional and coordinated. They kept an open line of communication and were quick to address changes while also proposing and offering updates as required. Great experience. Best back yard and pool builders in the San Fernando valley by a stretch. Shout out to the project manager Will. Very experienced and a pleasure to work with.

I had a great experience with westmod. From the planning phases to the execution, westmod was excellent. Will and Nate were great representatives. Literally were reasonable and helpful at every stage. Design team was excellent and they were very timely. They also were fairly priced and even did extra things on top of the original plan for a fair price above that. I have recommended them to multiple people.
