After starting the resurfacing they stopped halfway through and walked off the job, breaching the contract to remove ALL THE PLASTER! Refused to refund our 50% payment

They were ordering parts . Come to find out they never did for five months. They were going to come by and clean it while waiting on parts( told were ordered) they never did that either. So nothing they said they honored. I have heard good things from others however our experience was poor and frustrating at best. There may be good reason company changes , employee changes, and so on. However it’s not about the parts taking five months that was common during this year. It was more about the saying they were ordered and they weren’t . Additionally saying we can clean it and vacuum. And no return calls .

3 phone calls and a visit to their office asking for an estimate on repairs. Every time I was told someone would call me back to set up a time to come by and look at it. I never heard back. If you don’t want the job, that’s fine. At least give the common decency of calling me back and letting me know. Ignoring is unacceptable. Business 101, folks.

I called Frank. He came and gave an estimate. 3 months later, he called but I had done some of the work myself. Asked for a new estimate and never heard from him again. I left messages with his secretary and was promised he would call back same day. Never heard from him.

This is the worst pool company I have ever dealt with. I have a fiberglass pool that I can’t swim in as it needs repairs . I called them last Apr and was told it would be 6to 8 weeks before they could come and it kept being pushed back. Finally the owner came in November to look at pool . He suggested I calll back in spring to have repair scheduled. As usual no response . Unfortunately the owner, who seems a nice man in hospital. My experience with his son is he says he’ll come and never does. As well as him being rude when you ask about it. I have called this company many times over the past 18 years I have had this pool and they have NEVER shown up as promised. Pool was even bought from them. Don’t let ratings from Google fool you.
