They are professional, on time and just the nicest people to work with. They have quality flooring and will recommend what is best for your home. Hands down the best flooring buying experience we’ve had. We got quotes and measurements from the two big box stores here as well as Westport and Westport was by far the easiest to work with, the most transparent on pricing, and the friendliest. They were no pressure as we took a while to make our decision - once we did, they were out here a week later and the flooring was installed in one day. Couldn’t have asked for better and the laminate we picked out is amazing. Totally transformed our space and the installer and his team (Marco) did a quick and extremely professional job. We’ll be using again for future jobs!

We had our carpet installed by this company in February of 2024, and just a little over a year later, it’s already lifting in several areas that are low traffic/never walked on. The quality of the carpet is also extremely poor—it’s wearing down quickly and does not reflect the over $4,000 we spent to redo the upstairs of our new home. We are incredibly disappointed in both the product and the installation. We expected far better quality and craftsmanship for the price. Would not recommend. Additionally, the carpet still sheds considerably and is just overall a disappointment. Even when brand new it did not look nice.

This is our second time in the last year using Westport Flooring for our home. I highly recommend them. Erik is attentive and very knowledgeable. Work gets done in a timely manner, And both carpet installation and LVP are meticulous. We will definitely use them in the future!

The team at Westport Flooring is absolutely wonderful. I own a local property management firm and I’ve been using them for over a decade for professional work and personal installations and could not be happier.
