Just thought I should give a shout out for all of the good things they have done for me. They have the best prices and best selection, period! They are also happy to fulfill my small orders even though I see them moving huge commercial orders. I had one small problem one time and they went above and beyond to make things right. Occasionally, I have had to wait a bit to get an available forklift to bring my order out to me, but what would you expect from such a large outfit while serving the small retail customer? The management is very helpful and down to earth.

I have been a client of Westside Building Materials for over 10 years. They have a good selection of construction materials, and I appreciate the fast and efficient service.

Terrible crooks, horrible customer service, Bad all around! Go somewhere else. These guys will not get any more business from our company as they refused to take three sheets of quiet rock back over priced at almost $200. Beware, your better off driving to AMS even if they are in SF.

They have supplies many other places don't have but customer service is terrible. Call during general hours phones never get pickeed up and when they do they transfer you to a voice box that's full and you can't leave a message.

Failed to update their hours anywhere online or in their phone system or on their sign. Wasted an hour and half driving there to find them closed. Everywhere says open until 4:00 and then got their to a closed office and front gate. No one would answer the phone either and the voicemail box was full. Probably full of people waiting to here back from them.
