Hired For Large Addition Paid upfront (Biggest life lesson for me as of yet) Structural beam not correct throwing entire addition off- poor electric work- unfinished projects- tried hard to work with them but got excuses and told “to late” please see pic of water damage. They ripped out drywall to fix leak and didn’t you can see the water pertruding back out.refused to fix yard after their trucks ruined it citing “I overreact” refused to remove debris took weeks and they used my dumpster I rented for some. Pics show debris still present. Put GFI outlet inside cabinet NIGHTMARE- Buyer please Beware

Westside Developers was the the best experience we have had with a contractor. It is a family owned and operated business, and they definitely take great pride in their work! We had roofing, siding and stone work done. The price was fair, they were dependable, hardworking, very respectful, and cleaned up each day before leaving. Our house came out beautiful, we couldn’t be happier! We won’t hesitate to refer them or use them again in the future!

Westside Developers did an excellent job with doing siding and windows on our house! They were professional, efficient, and responsive. I told the owner what I was looking for and the end result I wanted and they took care of everything I had asked. All of the workers were polite and very neat with thier work. I had neighbors comment on how neat they were with cleanup and how punctual they were. Would recommend them to anyone looking for similar type of work!

VERY DISAPPOINTED.....they agreed to repair my roof last October but NEVER did, despite numerous calls to them....I called again several times in March 2022, and they NEVER returned my calls. I would NOT recommend them !!

Recently had my roof replaced and they did a fantastic job!
