Worst business. The customer service is the worst. The clerk that is running the whole office is so rude and does not let you finish speaking before jumping in to talk over you. The hours are Monday to Friday 9-12 but she’s not even there some days and puts a white border sign saying she’s out for the bank or didn’t come in because of doctor’s appointments. Every encounter I’ve had with her she has been rude and unprofessional. Glad we moved away from her services.

Whom ever works there is never there I've never gotten a receipt add 10$ for 1 day late cut me off called a guy after hours charged me 40$ no receipt and has been out the office since covid make me understand

I can't even comprehend how this is a real establishment that is in charge of water supply for an entire community, business hours are unrealistic, the lady isn't ever there even when they are supposed to be open for business, no website, no way to pay over the phone or online transactions, a complete joke. And to think our governor is from this parish & our water supply is this outdated..absolutely insane! !

I’ve lived in the same house literally my entire life 40+ years… I have never once seen or talked to whoever is supposed to be in that office.

Terrible service. Never there... she needs a manager to watch over her. Better yet, get a new worker!
