Wetherington Heating & AC

When we bought our house, we thought the AC wasn't working properly. The owner of Wetherington (they originally installed units) came out with the realtors when we were buying. He was snooty and reassured said everything was fine. Let's just say look up my review for Advanced Mechanical locally. After we got ours fixed properly our neighbor subsequently called the builder and got theirs fixed so they have been living with not properly working central air. If you live the new part of Savannah Place and your central not working like it should, consider having someone see it. And we didn't have a condensate drain line for either unit.

After returning from a trip out of town I noticed water dripping form my back soffit on the roof. I knew the pipe from the heat pump was blocked and the soffit was the overflow. I called Wetherington at 5:30 on a Friday evening and left a message. They immediately called back. They offered to come over or I could try suctioning out the pipe from down below with a gas vac. This worked great!!! They did offer to come out on emergency that evening or Saturday. I greatly appreciated their help!! It was good to know they had my back! Thank you.
