I cannot say enough good things about this company and it's workers. We were in a little bit of a predicament as we were purchasing a new home however, the home required a roof replacement in which the sellers did not want anything to do with. We obtained an estimate from Shane and we're able to secure the funds from the seller. Shane was able to hold the price for us while we were in negotiations and proximately 1 month later after we purchase the home we had the roof placed immediately. Astonishingly, the team finished the entire project in just one day. More than 50% of the roof had to be replaced due to insufficient venting and mold. Shane and WF Schmidt Company did an awesome job on our roof. We have a steep pitch in the front. They worked quick and were done in a day, very polite and professional team of workers, and cleaned up really well. And it was a mess! Price was very fair and accurate. They did a great job on the gutters as well. That was done a few days later. They were done in 4 hours. Highly recommend - local Hanover, PA company and local people!

The crew from WF Schmidt Construction were fantastic to work with. They were on time and amazingly fast. Our roof was removed and installed in one day. They took care to protect our shrubs. Their clean up was excellent! You would never know they were there. They took extra time running the magnet over the yard and driveway several times to pick up nails. I definitely would recommend them for any services you need.

I recently had WF Schmidt do the roof and gutters on my garage. During the planning phase, they were easy to get a hold of and quickly got back to me when I had questions. They also made several visits to go over options and discuss details. After a cancellation due to heavy snow, they were quick to get us back on the calendar.
