His price were very fair and the level of service delivery surpassed many in the industry. He maintained a high level of customer satisfaction for his company and was very personable. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

Started using Ridge Line Heating & Cooling Repair when my previous company closed down. Duncan came out and did a great repair job at a good price and took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and how to prevent future problems. They have done a second repair since then and we have signed up for the maintenance program.

We had two through-the-wall AC installed by Duncan. He was efficient and professional, and we were stunned by how quickly he completed the two installations. One HVAC system broke down, and the tech was great in diagnosing the issue and was even ready with a next day repair. However, the same system broke down not even 30 days later, and I can not get anyone to call me back or send a tech out. I have been on the phone with them for 3 days with no resolution to this issue. They also have a policy that the manager's phone number will not be given out at any time. At one point the scheduling center even called me and claimed that the tech could not get in contact with me on the number provided- that they were calling me on at that moment! I have given plenty of opportunity for them to correct this issue and make it right. They obviously do not want more business.
