Thank you for taking care of our water heater issue. All Wheeling Heating employees involved were very helpful when I called. They had installed our water heater in 2024 so it was fairly new. They came very quickly, discovered the problem and fixed in one day. Can't been their service! We had also purchased a new furnace from them and both times the guys were very professional and friendly.

Wheeling Heating & Cooling was fantastic from start to finish. After months of unresolved heat pump issues by the original installer, they came in, diagnosed the real problems, and fixed what others couldn’t. Nate identified a failed heat strip and handled the warranty repair, Josh quickly recognized additional issues, and Josh and Will ultimately resolved everything completely. They were professional, thorough, responsive, and clearly knew what they were doing. Three visits and the system finally works — after months of failed attempts by others. Highly recommend this team if you want competent, honest HVAC work.

Technician was very polite, accidentally broke a relay on my furnace, while I watched, then when I asked his supervisor about the process to fix it i was told that I would have to pay for the new part myself and they were not responsible for the tech physically breaking a part that was unrelated to the problem he was called for. Before I called my furnace was running, but would not light, now I am left with no furnace at all, no fan to even circulate air, and no possible way to fix the relay that was broken until after the holiday weekend when parts distributors open back up. But according to the supervisor this is in fact the way he trains technicians and fully acceptable by their standards.

Fantastic service! Starting from Tracey , she is always knowledgeable and kind on the phone when dealing with clients. The service team have done a great job! Will and his crew did my Duct Work cleaning and I couldn’t be happier for the results! The amount of savings we get in our due this cleaning are really worth it. I recommend Wheeling Heating & Cooling , they know what they are doing!

Last night our furnace decided to play " maybe I'll work, maybe I wont" on one of the coldest nights of the winter. I left a message on the answering machine for the on call tech. He got back to me about 45 min later apologizing for the delay. He was working on another furnace. I get it. I was just pleased to get a callback. We had already connected with another company, but it meant alot that he acknowledged our call.
