My experience was nothing short of a nightmare: Will guaranteed 1.5 week completion but delayed to 2 months, delivered subpar (and incomplete) work, became hostile when confronted, took my money, and left me to clean up the mess—literally and financially. I don’t doubt he used to do good work based off the older 5 star reviews, but something has clearly changed and he is no longer trustworthy. I hope this saves others from the stress and frustration I went through and still am going through. I've waited a long time to write this review because I emotionally wasn't in a place to handle any backlash for it. I hired Will to install a "double gate" for "rear yard access" not thinking I didn't provide a specific opening size but the professional didn't bother asking. He installed an 8ft opening which is not large enough for a boat or RV. After a lot of painful back and forth he eventually agreed to change it to 10ft for an additional $300. I went over a month with no fence because he took it down and had excuse after excuse. he never actually put me on the schedule instead he was trying to come in afternoons after other jobs and as we know it rains in the afternoons during the summer so everyday he canceled for rain or lack of labor. Will is a really great and genuine guy, and our fence turned out beautiful! Our materials arrived quickly, and Phillip made quick work of putting up our fence even with the challenges our lot presented. Will answered all our questions and ensured we were ecstatic with our results while walking it with us after it was finished. We're so happy we chose this company!!

Will is running this business the right way. He will work with you to meet your specific fence needs. He personally worked on my projects and was very communicative throughout the process. Best fence company in Pensacola! Will use this company for future projects.

Will and company installed a privacy fence along my back fence on Audubon. Very impressed with the quality, and Will was awesome about explaining what he would be doing. Answered all my questions before I even needed to ask. The price was also on the low end of the national average according to google. Now my dogs and the neighbors dog won’t be going at it any more:) Very satisfied! Thanks Will!
