They installed our heat pump when we built our house and we will be having them back very soon to install another one for our basement we are finishing. They have been good to work with. Responsive, fairly priced, and quality work. During our house build, they were about the only contractors that actually fully cleaned up when they were done with their work. On top of all that, Mike is just a good guy and enjoyable to be around. We would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Whitaker's for repair and servicing of our heat/air unit for several years. They are always reliable and affordable. Tom & Gary have always been professional and friendly. We wouldn't use anyone else for this service. Highly recommend them.

My heat went out Sunday and when I called Monday morning they were able to get someone out here and got my system working again quickly. Tom was polite and courteous and I’m so appreciative of their help. It’s below freezing, I’m elderly and have health issues and have a little dog to care for. I can’t say enough good things about Whitaker Heating and Air. They installed a new heating and cooling system for us this spring, and when we hit our first freezing temperatures, we ran into an issue that turned out to be related to components from the old unit. Their technician, Tom, came out and spent several hours diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Since the issue stemmed from the old system, I fully expected to be charged for the service and materials. Instead, Whitaker Heating and Air took full responsibility and didn’t charge me a thing—despite providing several hours of labor and materials.
