Whitaker Roofing did an amazing job with my roof replacement. Corbin walked me through the entire process from the initial inspection to the finished build. He kept me updated on the status, worked with the insurance company to file a claim and answered all of my questions in easy to understand language. The work crew had the new roof installed and the work area cleared in one day and it looks beautiful. Whitaker made this project stress-free and affordable. We were very pleased with the whole process beginning with the inspection all the way through getting the new roof installed. WRC removed old roof and replaced with new. My sales agent Corbin Vail from start to finish was my Ace. He worked with me on picking the right shingles for my house, my budget, scheduling, and clean up. Corbin's 8 man team started work every morning at 7am and worked till dark all 3 days. My 5000 sq.ft house was a big job and Corbin stopped by several times each day to be sure I was pleased with workmanship and progress of the job. I was amazed at how organized this team was. Dakota was great to work with. We got a lot of companies contacted us to work on our roof. At least 2-3 every week, for the last six months. However Dakota was the only one who took the lead with the insurance company. Other companies wanted us to tell the insurance company what they needed to do. We went through that a few years ago and got denied. Dakota communicated with the insurance company directly, followed up with them and made sure everything was on track. He was very responsive, informative and a pleasure to work with. The team that replaced our roof did a great job on the roof and made sure all the debris was removed. Most importantly, the roof looks great.
