Whitaker Roofing installed our roof several months ago. The roof itself seems fine so far, but unfortunately the follow-up after the installation has been disappointing. During the installation, our composite deck was scratched in several areas. I reached out to the company multiple times regarding the damage. After a couple of emails, I received a response stating they would look into it and get back to us. Unfortunately, we never heard anything further. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up and communication. A timely response and resolution regarding the damage would have been greatly appreciated.

My roof replacement with American Roof was a great experience. The team was skilled, respectful, and worked hard to ensure everything was done properly. The results exceeded my expectations.

High winds blew some of panels off my soffit. Living in Allentown all my life, I know Whittaker’s reputation for quality and honest work. Todd came out, inspected the damage, and gave me a quote. Within hrs the repair work was scheduled for the next day. To my great satisfaction the next morning the men arrived and made the repairs. I’m a first time customer. But when I need more services, I’ll be calling Whitaker

We didn't even get any work done but I NEED to just say that literally 5 min ago my sister got stuck in a snow bank trying to turn onto our road and a few workers literally jumped out of their van to come help without us even asking after another truck had gone right past. They pushed the car out and directed her and one even stood in the road to make sure nobody was coming. Very good people.
