White Aluminum & Windows

We hired White's Aluminum to add an awning to our place. Overall, we were impressed by all of their employees we had contact with. Neil & Wes did the actual install and did a fabulous job. We could not be happier and would highly recommend White's Aluminum.

Other than late start and slow progress, we are perfectly happy with the quality of work by White aluminum. We were not in a hurry so it did not matter to us. They removed the pavers that were there, saved them for us, poured a larger cement patio and installed a beautiful cage. Every thing came out the way we were hoping.

*** Update 7/21/22: Install is complete for the lanai and carport. Looks wonderful. It exceeded my expectations! The construction crew was Bradley and Jose. They were GREAT!!! I hope White Aluminum will do better with their customer service. Keeping in touch with customers, even if it just to say "we are working on your order" and you're not forgotten. Thank you. ***Update posted 7/8/22: INSTALL SCHEDULED for 7/18/22. Review updates to follow. Posted 7/5/22: White has not started my job yet, however I am feeling very frustrated over the extremely long delay, and lack of communication from this company. I signed my contract approximately ONE YEAR AGO. The original ETA was six months (February 2022). I was told construction materials were just ordered in April 2022. They could not give

They at white aluminum and windows are as professional as they get. From the sales man to the gentleman that done the install was great. I would recommend to everyone.

Salesmen will tell you one time frame to close the deal but be aware it is going to be longer. Although they did good job it took them additional 3 weeks to fix issues post initial install. Over all happy with their workmanship. Office staff needs better customer skills.
