I got 8 quotes on a 1200 ft.² engineered hardwood flooring installation. This quote was the most detailed, most understandable, and most accurate quote I received. I know why they are called white glove, because that is the exact experience that I received. From the first contact until the end of the process, I was actually blown away by the service and the attention that Jason provided. His crews were exceptional, on time, quick, clean, and super efficient. I was actually surprised that the whole installation only took one day, the second day was the final touches. That included all the painting of my final trim, which was the whole perimeter of the area, cleaning of the area, replacement of all my furniture. Not one detail was missed. The team completed the project on time, and the workmen were both polite and professional. They even assisted with moving some of our furniture, which I greatly appreciated. Jason is great to work with. They quickly discovered a defect in the lot of flooring we ordered once they started installation. He worked with the distributor and get it replaced quickly. Even got an upgraded product. The floors look amazing!

I contacted multiple companies for quotes on refinishing around 1,000 SF of Brazilian Cherry floors. Ultimately ended up selecting White Glove for numerous reasons.
