The tech was amazing. He was friendly and professional, he listened carefully when I described my issue and even went back out to his truck to make sure he had the correct chemicals. His explanation of what he was doing was concise and easily understood. If you are looking for a regular pest control service White Knight is my choice

Trash.. service isn’t done well. Tried to cancel and they gave me the runaround. Said they needed a 30 day notice. Ok that’s fine but told me I had to call back after the last appointment to give the 30 day. Ridiculous, I said I was happy to pay for the last service but to go ahead and submit my 30 day notice but they wouldn’t do it. They said if I turned in a 30 day notice today I would be charged an additional fee to cancel even being willing to pay for the last appointment. Go ahead and keep that $100. I’m reporting this to the BBB. Just shady business practices.

John did an excellent job. He was professional, punctual, and very thorough in his work. Everything was completed with attention to detail and great care. I truly appreciate his dedication and the quality of service he provided. Highly recommended!

Would give zero stars if I could. Services were consistently incomplete throughout my one-year contract. After my 12th and final service, I called to cancel. I was never notified of a new appointment, yet was told one had already been scheduled — meaning I’d be charged a cancellation fee. Convenient. Technicians marked services as “completed,” but our exterior cameras show otherwise. When I insisted on canceling, they pushed discounts and even tried transferring the account instead of closing it. When I asked for confirmation that my account was closed, the representative hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and very difficult to cancel. Read the contract carefully before signing.

Jarius was very polite and let me know he was here. I was able to lock my dog door before he started. He was very thorough. He only missed one spot in the back of my house with his extended wand brush. I am still satisfied.
