Tony is very good at communicating and texting back he even said passed the time I was paying him to finish up.

White Rock Logging & Excavating has done work for my family for years. They have cut trees for my father and grandmother. When I was living in a trailer years ago, when my waterline was having issues they put a whole new waterline in. They even built the new front entrance to my grandmother's house. Whenever my father needed work done his first call was to White Rock to see if the job was something they could do and if it wasn't something they could do, Tony would help my father find someone who could.

I just wanted to send a shout out to Tony and his crew. They saved the day for us on a mud room project. Last week an excavation and foundation company was supposed to be here on Tuesday or Wednesday for a frost wall/dust cap job and they never showed. As we were in a panic I reached out to White rock through a google search. Not only did Tony come that day for a quote he began the job the very next day. In fitting us in he said the job would be done by the following Friday and the job was actually done on Wednesday 2 days ahead of schedule. Not only did he do this for us but I needed some excavation work done in the back yard and they fit this in while they were here. These guys did a leach field for us in 2020. I was willing to look past the socially abrasive nature of the sales person because they seemed like they knew what they were doing when it came to excavation work. I also looked past the fact that the "loam" they brought in still hasn't seeded properly 3 years after they laid it. What brought me back to write a google review after all this time was that the leach field they installed NEVER GOT APPROVAL FROM THE TOWN. They told me it did, and that it was "all set", but I called the town and it was never fully approved because White Rock didn't build it to the plans! Not only were they unable to follow plans that I paid good money for, but they mis-guided me into thinking they did, and into thinking the town fully approved the system. I called Wh

If their driver is any representation of the company I suggest you run away from this company as fast as you can! I was almost clipped by their logging truck this morning who laid down rubber while stopping after taking a corner too sharp. Because my daughter pointed at him he chose to block us in and opened his door to intimidate us. Instead of apologizing for almost hitting us he got loud. I rolled down my window and asked him if he was really going to try to kick my daughters you know what. Not a smart thing to do when you have your company logo emblazened on your door.
