Yes White plumbing was quick come to look at my sink with a small leak. I was told a $75 trip charge, then charged $280 plus $75 trip charge. Without my approval they fixed it. It’s was a $30 part $250 for 35 minute labor. That is insane.

I have had many years of great experiences with White's Plumbing. In my opinion, nothing beats a family owned business. They are very transparent with you and provide great rates and exceptional service. I would always recommend them over any other plumbing & heating company.

I called White’s recently to replace a leaking 3 foot section of cast iron sewer line. After calling 6 other local plumbers, White’s was the only one able to stop by the day the leak started, temporarily repair it, and come back the next day to complete the job. They were decent, courteous, neat, and fast. However, they charged $2400 in labor for a repair that took 4 hours and about $50 in parts. I expected to pay more for an emergency repair, but not to be taken. If you are willing to pay a premium, White’s will do an excellent job. However, if you can, I’d recommend shopping around.

If there was a rating for 10 stars, White's surely deserves it. My interaction with Tom started in March 2019, when we lost our heating system. We called several plumbers and most did not call back. Tom did call back and unfortunately, he was extremely busy and could not come out, but he did refer us to someone that could, and did come out and do a temporary repair to get us through the cold weather and the process to figure out financing. In the meantime, we got some extremely high estimates from some companies that are well known and highly advertised. Sad to say, I think these companies are able to take advantage of the situation that people are in. White's Installed my gas heating system ten years ago. If there ever is an issue (and any issue is with my old radiators, not the furnace) they return my call very quickly. Have recommended this company several times (as a Realtor) and everyone has been pleased!
