Before coming up our very long and curvy driveway, Travis, the foreman of the group, asked if they could turn around at the end of the driveway. We told him, of course, that’s where everyone turns around. Unbeknownst to us, and not visible from where we were, the heavy rain the night before had made the ground soggy – not suitable for the heavy equipment. Travis solved the dilemma by repositioning the chipper in the driveway, unhooking it from the truck, backing the truck down the driveway, then backing it up the driveway and reconnecting it to the chipper. Problem solved!! When they were finished trimming the trees, they did a very good cleanup of the cut limbs.

Drove their large chipper truck over my septic tank and lines. Recorded it all. If I have problems guess who will be hearing from me. Completely unprofessional crew and out of 8 crew members in my yard, only one spoke English. Not to mention coming in my yard with no notice, if my dog had attacked them whose fault would that have been? Snapping shoals EMC should hire a more professional company.

This so called tree trimming company the Dominion energy uses to trim the right of way on power lines drove all over my front yard nowhere near any trees and parked their equipment in my other property front yard 20 feet from the house. Left ruts all over both yards to have to cut grass over, left their meal trash in they yard I have pictures of all this and have filed a complaint with Dominion Energy. I will be calling the company for all the good it will do.

Walton EMC used Whitestone for trimming around the electrical lines. Three different crews on three different days. All three crews were very professional, timely with the clean up after trimming, and respectful of our property and us.

I would not call this a tree trimming company. They can make a beautiful tree ugly in about 15 min. They came into our subdivision and "trimmed" trees back from the power lines. The foliage on a tree across from me was about 10 feet from the lines. It's now probably 25 ft away and all you see is big long dead ugly limbs. The next tree was not under the lines but they still took the top out of it and lightly trimmed the side, which is now less that 10 ft from lines. When they left they left a mess all over the street. They don't trim trees they butcher them.
