Whitewater Kitchen and Bath

We requested a bid with Whitewater a couple of months ago. Ryan gave us an initial estimate and then came out to measure. We live in Morgan, so quite a distance. We wanted to reuse our shower door and he came up with a plan to make it work. He was very cordial and friendly. I’d highly recommend Whitewater, their products and especially Ryan!

Whitewater Tub & Bath installed a new tub surround for us and did an outstanding job from start to finish. Our sales rep Ryan was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful while walking us through our options and providing a clear, fair estimate. The installer , Cody, who completed the project was equally impressive—punctual, skilled, and meticulous with every detail. The finished result look fantastic, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Whitewater Tub & Bath for anyone considering a remodel.

I used them 3 times and had problems all 3. I can’t bring myself to ever try again. They had issues with measurements, way behind time frames, unknowing sales team, product issues and a customer service nightmare. When I tried to call and address any issue it was like taking to high school age children, bargaining with an adult. The sales member was childish and had zero correct answers. I had to call and talk with the office to figure my own issues out, dragging the sales member with me. I will be trying any alternative at this point. I’m also re-siliconing the most recent job and will not be calling for any warranty issues, best done solo at this point.

Our contractor is using Whitewater for our remodel and Rudolpho came out today to install the tub surrounds in one bathroom. He is an exceptionally skilled craftsman and the wife and I are stunned at the high quality of his work! Thank you Whitewater and Rudolpho! Both bathrooms are done now and Rudolpho hit it out of the ballpark both times!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the level of incompetence and lack of accountability I experienced here deserves to be called out. I purchased “one piece” shower pan because of previous experience renovating bathroom spaces and went with this company based on promises made by the business about its quality and durability. About a year later, we found out AFTER our bathroom flooded that the company did not pour a custom pan as promised, but instead sealed together multiple pieces. The sealant failed and the response from the company was nothing short of disgraceful. When I reached out for support, they deflected blame, refused to acknowledge the faulty product, and made every excuse under the sun to avoid resolving the issue. No refund. No replacement.
