Beyond disappointed. I worked with Ted and his crew for years. He did hundreds of thousands of dollars in work for me and a company I used to work for. I had him install a heatpump and 2 mini splits at my personal residence. He completed all of that no problem except for 1 thing. We were going to cool the upstairs bathroom with a fan using cool air from another room, we were just waiting on a part to come in so that could be competed. I had to call Ted over and over and he forgot to see if the part came in. It did but he continuously forgot to check if it did, or just didn't care one of the two or both. HVAC was installed maybe June or July of 2025. The part came in to finish the bathroom maybe a week or two later. I called Ted over and over only for him to make promise after promise after

Inlaws built a new house. 2nd night staying in the house CO2 alarm starts going off in the morning several times. Find out that the furnace was not installed properly. Tech came out quickly and repaired. Good news is that we didn't die.

I called this company two years ago because my heat was out and it was cold! They couldn't come quickly, but I took an appointment and continued looking for emergency service, which I found. I canceled my appointment with them and moved on. Just called them today for another outage, and was told they marked my account as non-serviceable because I used somebody else two years ago. I was told that is their policy. My jaw literally hit the floor. Shocking lack of professionalism or customer service. I would look elsewhere for your HVAC needs unless you are comfortable locking in with them for life?!

Stay away!! Not an honest company. They may do good work but will take advantage of you for sure. My HVAC furnace stopped working and it ended up be a bad motherboard (system less that 3 years old). They priced the motherboard at $421 and over $200 in labor. And easy google search and I found the same exact part of $155. I checked several suppliers and the absolute highest one was $189. I call White and Williams up and call them out. They blamed it on their supplier. There is no way that a company who buys parts every day pay over 250% more than a normal consumer. I would rather you just tell me you are marking up the part instead of blaming the supplier like I can't put 2 and 2 together. Get other estimates before using W&W! AC wasn't cooling, W&W had tech out in hours, problem was diagnosed as leaking refrigerant, they fixed the leak and refilled refrigerant for $150 per pound, over $1600 for the gas. I was stupid for not getting additional estimates, as afterward, I called two other HVAC companies and both had the same refrigerant for under $100 per pound, I was price gouged by over $500! Good service, but W&W markup is not competitive. I have been a customer for 10 yrs, but I will not be using their services in the future. I would suggest you get other estimates before agreeing to W&W doing the work.
