My tenant called to inform me of a leak in the roof after Hurrcane Helene. Being a Sunday. It was very difficult to find someone willing to come out. Keith was the only one willing to come out in the rain and get on the roof. He applied a fix to prevent any further water leakage. After, he did not even want to accept any payment (That is unheard of). I insisted and paid him for his time and for being the only one willing to help me out in a time of need. Keith is a stand up guy and willing to help when needed. I plan to use him for all of my work in the future. I have already given his name to a few of my neighbors and numerous people in town.Use this man for all of your needs and to ensure a piece of mind.

We had looked for more than 2 years for someone to tackle a rather major home improvement which necessisated tearing out a wall of windows . It all needed torn out, reconstructed , re-configured and repaired/replaced , inside & out. I can't count the number of "window" companies who came and were overwhelmed because it wasn't a basic window replacement. Kieth came and looked @ the job & gave us a fair estimate/price. They did not screw around once these huge replacement windows were manafactured & delivered. They were done in about one week , including demolition , removal of debris , installitation , sheetrock , painting inside and finishing exterior of home . An absolute incredible job.
