I had tried to work with 2 other contractors too busy (a recent hail storm..many damaged homes in area.)or kept putting me off..saying they would be there then not showing. This was a wonderful company to work with. I am sure they were busy too but took a look the week l called and came when they said they would. Did a wonderful job! With working with insurance l was needing to get it done!

I selected Whitney Roofing to replace my roof based on recommendations from friends. The process started off well, and I was pleased with the communication and support from the Project Manager during the early stages of the project. However, midway through the installation, concerns began to arise. After day one of what was planned as a two-day project (which ultimately extended to three), I conducted a personal inspection and discovered that the existing staples and nails had not been properly removed or hammered down prior to installing the new underlayment. This oversight led to numerous punctures in the new underlayment, which could have compromised the longevity and performance of the shingles.
