The guy came and did 15-20 mins of service and scammed us out of almost $500 for just a simple door unlock. I’ve been trying to call the company and they have been dodging my calls. I spoke to the supervisor once and he said he was going to call me back but he never did. I’m thinking about reporting them to the BBB.

Lester came did the job!!! But what a rip off!!! $135 to just jimmy the door. He didn’t tell me that of course before doing the job. Made it sound like he had to actually “pick the lock” do some work! Nope! Took him 5 seconds!! Call around before you commit to getting ripped off!!

Expensive , I'm an idiot for locking myself out. Good fast service. Thank you for the help.
