Whittier Mountain Lookout

Love it! Exclusive views when at top with a beautiful green trail full of beautiful plants. Different levels of hike from fair to harder more steep climb. The beginning though can be a but physically demanding but none the less worth the climb. Parking though can be a hassle, small assign parking space for hike area and nearby can only park with permit. We parked up the hill and walked back down to start at bottom of trail.

The mountains were very green at this time, you could see the city of Los Angeles from the top of the mountain.

Spring is a great time to get out on the trails Turnbull Canyon turned single track
