Whittier Village Pools

I have been going here for years and it USED to be great, better service than Leslie's right across the street. Now it seems the "kids" working there really don't know what are doing and there is nobody knowledgeable around to talk to. Made a appointment for the service manager to come and look at my pool and add start up chemicals. They took my information and said somebody would call. It's been over a week and nothing. I went somewhere else. Understand, you are not the only pool supply and repetitive treatment like this will cause customers to find somebody else that will want their business.

Always A friendly greeting when you walk in. ‘ Checking pool water sample is never a problem. Experienced employees to help resolve pool issues. Prices are fair and slightly cheaper compared to other pool stores in the area. Try them once and see if you encounter the same Positive customer service I have received in last 2 years…

I am disappointed by the management of this store. Last week I brought in my water sample and was told I needed to buy a product to fix the alkalinity of my pool. I said I didn’t want to add product. This week I brought in my water sample and the results were the same but I was told I didn’t need the product. It seems like the store’s manager is telling employees to sell product. I asked if a pool person could drop by my house to program my pool pump. I was told the service manager could go out to my house and the charge would be 85 dollars. I said the job didn’t require a service manager. I take my water sample in a couple times a month and buy all my pool products from this store. The staff is very nice but the store manager doesn’t seem to care about keeping loyal customers happy.

Whittier Village Pools is a great business. Everyone there is nice and helpful. I used them twice so far for repairs and service with excellent work being done. Highly recommended!

Diane the water whisperer! If your trying to keep your pool clear and all of this pool maintenance is a little challenging, stop by whittier village pool. Bring in your water, they will analyze what state your water condition is in. Best customer service and advice on what you can do for your pool. If your hayward pool vacuum just circles, bring it in so they can check it. Those internal bearings fail sometimes. Your water green after a vacation? Diane will help bring it back. Good old fashion customer service to help you. Hard to find these days with automated phone service.
