I rent, and the realty company provides a maintenance hotline to assist tenants with repairs. I never know the cost of repairs because, by the grace of God, it is included as part of the privilege of being a tenant. I have rented through this realty company for two years and have been satisfied with the technicians they use. However, I must say that I was truly amazed by Whittle’s Plumbing. The technician’s name was Sam, and he was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. After receiving the maintenance request, Sam called me, introduced himself, and provided an estimated arrival time.
