Whole Wood Cabins LLC

Buckle up, this is a crazy one. In 2022, we paid this company in full for a cabin for our Glamping Campground. They promised, in writing, a specific delivery date. Then, they delayed it and promised a different date. They kept delaying and delaying. We have full records of all correspondence. We finally asked them to cancel and refund, and they agreed, but they did not refund the entire amount. We had to do a charge back. We sent all of our proof to the credit card company and they reviewed it and decided that Whole Wood was in breach and we deserved a full refund. Several months later, Jann (owner) started posting negative reviews on multiple websites about our business as some sort of retaliation. We've managed to get almost all of them removed since they are fake reviews from multiple

Great group of people. The custom playhouses they manufacture are amazing. Always willing to go out of their way to help if there question.
