I parked here to have lunch one afternoon from the hot bar and for the last 3 months I've gone back and forth with the parking management company to dispute an invoice I was sent. Despite having been a costumer, and all the signs that indicated 2 hours of free parking, they tried to charge me $90, and then "settled" for $40, which is insane because I was a costumer. $90 for 18 extra minutes of parking. This has been such a headache, and now they're threatening to send me to collections. Save yourself the headache, what shady customer service/business practices.

Scam alert! Avoid this parking at all costs. I parked here while shopping at Whole Foods, thinking I could pay for any extra time upon returning—like any other parking garage in Miami. Instead, I got slapped with a $90 "invoice" from a private company, even though I only exceeded the free 2-hour limit by a little over an hour. There was no clear signage stating that payment had to be made in advance, and they make it impossible to pay retroactively, clearly designed to trap customers into excessive fines. This is a rip-off and a predatory scam. Whole Foods should be ashamed of partnering with such a shady company. If you park here, be prepared for a surprise bill in the mail! DO NOT PARK HERE. Let me know if you want it adjusted!

Easy to access and very spacious.

If I could I give no stars at all. The worst store of the brand. I strongly suggest that avoid this location
