Wholesale Kitchen Cabinets

Do not use John Hassig to order Forevermark Cabinets or for any other business. He uses an outdated system to "plan" your kitchen (if you could even call it a plan). It is not clear and hand drawn on graph paper. When you ask him questions for clarification or more information he gets nasty and says you are a difficult customer. In addition we had an issue with installing the cabinets (our contractor damaged cabinets upon install) John was nasty called me a liar saying the cabinets were not damaged and would only speak to our contractor not me the one paying for the cabinets. STAY AWAY

Sales team confused my order with someone else several times and the sales guy was difficult to get a hold of after the order. Many calls to confirm order was placed. Cabinets received damage, and I watched the delivery guy drop another while unloading. I deducted costs for one cabinet and waited for replacement that never happened. My contractor had to rebuild 2 of the cabinets from the damaged units so we could make do. Do NOT buy from them.
